1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player on the roma4d platform, accessible through unique login credentials.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings, minus any pending withdrawals or wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, or other gaming activity offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other promotional offer granted by roma4d to a Player, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residency status.
• "Platform" or "Service" means the roma4d website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services, content, and features.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, state, or territory where online gambling is illegal or where roma4d does not hold appropriate licensing to operate.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an account and use roma4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by law.
• You must not be located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when accessing the Platform.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account on roma4d, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Create and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
• Immediately notify roma4d of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with roma4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Multiple accounts created to abuse bonuses, circumvent betting limits, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity will result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

roma4d is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months
• Payment method verification (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot showing name and account details)
• Selfie or video verification holding identification documents

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawals may be withheld until identity verification is successfully completed.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

roma4d supports multiple deposit methods tailored for Indonesian players, including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). When making a deposit, you agree that:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1-5 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking hours.
• roma4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• All deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

To withdraw funds from your roma4d account, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name matching your account details.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Evening and weekend withdrawals may take up to 15 minutes.
• roma4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal requests (above Rp 50.000.000) or requests from new accounts.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, roma4d implements strict AML procedures. Players must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Accounts showing patterns consistent with money laundering (frequent large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests with minimal gameplay) will be flagged for investigation and may be suspended or closed.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

roma4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance player experience. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Accepting a new bonus may forfeit any active bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting game mechanics to clear wagering requirements, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account closure, and potential legal action.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a first-deposit welcome bonus of up to 100% match (maximum Rp 20.000.000) subject to 30x wagering requirement within 30 days of activation.

4.3 VIP and Loyalty Rewards

roma4d operates a tiered VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) offering cashback, reload bonuses, faster withdrawals, and personalized service. VIP tier eligibility is determined by monthly turnover and is calculated automatically. VIP benefits cannot be transferred between accounts.

5 Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on roma4d, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. roma4d does not accept bet cancellation requests except in cases of clear technical error.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. Check all selections, stake amounts, and bet types carefully.
• Bets placed using incorrect odds due to technical malfunction may be voided at roma4d's discretion.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply and vary by game type, market, and player VIP tier.
• roma4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly on unusual betting patterns or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets including football, basketball, badminton, and esports:

• All bets are settled based on official results from the governing sports body or league. Results shown on unofficial sources do not count.
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours. Otherwise, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real-time but may be subject to delay. roma4d is not responsible for losses incurred due to delayed odds updates.
• Settlement of bets may be delayed pending official confirmation of results, particularly for disputed outcomes or ongoing investigations by governing bodies.

5.3 Casino Games

For slots, live dealer games, and table games:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness and randomness.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Bet settlement is based on the official match outcome as declared by the arena referee.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the roma4d platform:

• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to abuse bonuses, exploiting technical glitches to accumulate bonus funds, or any pattern of behavior designed to extract promotional value without genuine gameplay.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying identity documents, providing false information during registration or KYC verification, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, engaging in chip dumping in poker games, or betting on sports events where you have inside information or ability to influence outcomes.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using automated software, scripts, bots, or other technological means to place bets or play games without genuine manual input.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in roma4d's software or game systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity, including depositing funds with no intention to gamble and immediately withdrawing.
• Underage Access: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access your account or use roma4d services.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
• Offensive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward other players or roma4d staff in chat features or customer support interactions.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 roma4d-Initiated Closure

roma4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Detection of multiple accounts or bonus abuse patterns
• If we become aware that you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• At our sole discretion for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or other players

Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If closure is due to fraudulent activity or Terms breach, all funds may be forfeited.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closure

Players concerned about problem gambling can request voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent closure. 7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed:

• All pending bets must be settled

Voluntary closure does not release you from obligations incurred under these Terms prior to closure.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the roma4d platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game designs, user interface elements, and compilation of all content ("Platform Content"), is owned by roma4d or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform Content
• Use any automated system (including robots, scripts, or scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games on the Platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform Content
• Use roma4d trademarks, logos, or branding in any way without explicit written permission

Unauthorized use of Platform Content may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and other violations of law, and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While roma4d strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, roma4d, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security
• Any losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform or by other users
• Any technical failures, including but not limited to game malfunctions, disconnections, or data transmission errors

In no event shall roma4d's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

9.3 Gambling Risk Disclaimer

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk. Past results do not predict future outcomes. You may lose money when gambling, and you should only wager amounts you can afford to lose. roma4d is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur.

10 Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of roma4d services, please follow this resolution process:

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which roma4d is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By using roma4d services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

12 General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and roma4d concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the original intent.

12.3 Waiver

roma4d's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of roma4d.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without roma4d's prior written consent. roma4d may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without your consent.
